STAGE 1:
CONCEPT & DEFINITION OF BRIEF

CLIENT CONSULTATION & BRIEF
Introductory consultation focuses on understanding the client’s vision, aesthetic taste, preferred lifestyle, and project goals.
A comprehensive brief is drafted, incorporating operational requirements, aesthetic goals and target timelines.

PROCESS & SCOPE MAPPING
A structured roadmap detailing the key deliverables, meeting schedules, and milestones across the project lifecycle.

DESIGN COMMENCEMENT
Design concept development begins.
Using curated mood boards, references, and preliminary sketches, design direction is established.

SPATIAL PLANNING, INTEGRATION & LIGHTING DESIGN APPROACH
Conceptual sketches outline functional spaces and flow, accompanied by furniture and hardware mood boards to clarify interior styling before advancing to the next phase.
We also choose to formulate the approach to lighting design early in the project.

STAGE 2:
TECHNICAL ALIGNMENT & 3D DEVELOPMENT

ARCHITECT & TEAM CO-OORDINATION
Project team meetings to confirm Stage 1 materials and align on the final floor plan and internal profile.
Upon approval, we collaborate directly with the architect and production team to develop an initial 3D model.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & REFINEMENT
The spatial arrangements are refined to meet both aesthetic vision and naval standards.
3D Renderings & material boards to showcase color schemes, textures, and surface finishes.

VISUAL PRESENTATION & VR 3D WALKTHROUGHS
Comprehensive 3D interior renderings to all project stakeholders.
Any necessary revisions through iterative design reviews until complete approval is achieved.

STAGE 3:
SHIPYARD HANDOVER

Following final design sign-off, full interior and exterior packages are transferred to the principal naval architect and shipyard team for the production of technical construction drawings.

STAGE 4:
CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW & QUALITY CONTROL

Throughout the build stage, regular alignment reviews are attended to maintain design integrity, monitor build quality, and address any technical design adjustments as construction progresses as requested.
